Created by physical therapists, Strength Class is a fitness company offering 50 minute small group exercise classes utilizing an educated and therapeutic approach to building muscle. The classes provide expert instruction and guidance.
Strength Class takes an educated and therapeutic approach to building muscle. Developed by physical therapists, we utilize low-risk high reward exercises while avoiding high-risk activities that expose you to injury. When exercising, it's important to know "what not to do!"
Not all strengthening exercises are created equal! At Strength Class we selected each exercise because it offers the most effective method to increase strength in that specific muscle. Why waste your time with exercises that don't work!
We strengthen your muscles the way you need to use them for everyday life. Our 50 minute full body strengthening class, performed in standing, was developed to build strength in your entire body. The goal is to not only look good, but more importantly, to feel great!
Our unique training system offers 7 different levels of resistance which range from very easy to extremely difficult. This allows people to workout as easy or as hard as they choose. Our expert instructors will give you step by step instructions and will make sure each of the exercises you perform is done with perfect technique.
Strength training is important for senior citizens because it helps maintain muscle mass, improve balance, and reduce the risk of falls and chronic diseases, supporting independence and overall quality of life.
Strength training is crucial for managing osteoporosis because it helps build bone density, improve balance and reduce the risk of fractures. Our entire class is done in standing utilizing varying resistances.
Strength Class was created by physical therapists. Need we say more!
