Our strengthening program utilizes resistance bands to activate and challenge muscles in ways that traditional exercise machines or dumbbells can't, allowing for more functional, joint-friendly and versatile training.

This 30-35 minute class requires NO PRIOR EXERCISE EXPERIENCE. Learn how to exercise safely while building foundational strength and improving bone density in a controlled safe environment.

This challenging 50-minute group strengthening class pushes your limits as it builds muscle, tones your entire body, and boosts bone density for lasting strength.
